Thank you to everyone who came out to the LA Green Fest this past weekend. We had a fantastic time hosting the Green Fest Pop-Up Lounge and Stage for Social Innovation. We met a ton of like-minded activists, sampled new organic foods, and witnessed the most creative inventions and innovations that will change our daily lives SOON!

We did a little holiday shopping (organic cotton novelty shirts, anyone?), took a community yoga class, and sipped organic wines. We talked about why Prop 37 did not pass, we high-fived Edward James Olmos, and we got to use and enjoy the newest, coolest app ever, iSocialite, to keep our schedule straight! Most importantly, we got to learn about organizations that usually don’t have the opportunity to showcase their causes on large stage to an eager, supportive audience of thousands.

The Avant Green Party was a blast and we were thrilled at the turn-out on such a rainy Saturday night. The dance floor was epic. The food was vegan. The times were merry.
